2021 – a year of progress at digitalwerk
The past year was also an exciting one at digitalwerk and had some highlights to offer. In our review of the year, we briefly go into the most important events.
Products: Market entry and further development
With the ARXML parser, we have now successfully launched a product that makes it possible to compare and merge different files in AUTOSAR XML format. These files are mainly used in the field of data bus systems such as CAN, CAN-FD, Flexray, Ethernet.
Another product innovation that we presented to a broad public for the first time at the ICA Summit is the Supertester. The Supertester is a software tool that greatly simplifies the processes involved in testing driver assistance systems, thus saving time and money. You can find the Supertester product video on YouTube. We were also able to have the Supertester placed and analysed as a research project at Euronorm, a service company for technology assessments, innovation promotion and economic analyses. With the Supertester, we also entered the application for the German Innovation Award and hope to win an award in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises.
In addition, support for the ADTF 2 versions expired at the end of the year. This means that the ADTF 3 versions are now the leading system.
Major order and trade fair highlight
We are pleased to announce that Daimler AG has commissioned digitalwerk to develop the next generation of the measurement tool chain for ADAS systems.
Another highlight was our participation in the ICA Summit in October. With the largest exhibition space, at the fairgrounds in Munich’s Westin Grand Hotel, we were at the start with our entire service portfolio and had, among other things, our ADAS model vehicles and the brand new Supertester video with us. We were thus able to present ourselves optimally to the selected international trade audience at what was for us an all-round successful event – including interesting discussions and new contacts from the innovative world of autonomous driving.
