Change at the management board

Michael Lübbeke has been part of the INSTART group since the end of 2019. Since the beginning of this year he is part of the digitalwerk team, moving up to the management board.

Michael studied automotive engineering with a focus on thermodynamics at Ulm University of Applied Sciences and has 17 years of professional experience in the automotive industry. He was able to gain a wide range of experience, especially in ECU development, complete vehicle electronics and quality assurance, both with OEMs and service providers.

Through a three-year stay abroad in the USA, he also brings international and intercultural experience to the company.

As Team Leader Onboard Diagnostics, Head of Complete Vehicle Electronics Development and various other specialist management tasks, he has several years of experience in staff as well as project management.

Now he can put this knowledge to the test as digitalwerk’s new managing director.

“If you always see your glass half full, purify it into a smaller one and stop bitching,” Michael answers with a wink to the question of how he will approach his new task as Managing Director.
