One of the pillars of digitalwerk’s service portfolio is Advanced Testing. digitalwerk has a high level of experience and expertise in the testing of driver assistance systems. digitalwerk’s own know-how in the field of vehicle testing is multifaceted. The creation and specification of certain test scenarios and the validation of highly automated driving functions with vehicle-in-the-loop test benches should be highlighted here. digitalwerk is also an expert in the validation of test requirements and the automated evaluation of the tests carried out (in the vehicle, on test tracks, on public roads).

Advanced Testing is based on four areas of competence.

Optimized Test Planning & Execution

Test drives can be simplified and improved by cleverly and smartly put together arrangements and combinations of test cases. The test vehicle can also be used more efficiently as a test vehicle.

Tool Supported Realtime Validation

Live visualization and evaluation during the test drive ensure correct test execution.

Tracing / Analytics

With the help of the digitalwerk framework ADTF (Automotive Data and Time-Triggered Framework), sensor data can be recorded during testing. In the event of errors in the FAS function or a faulty test, the measurement can thus be checked and error analysis can be carried out quickly and easily.

Virtual Validation

By creating a virtual test environment with different scenarios, digital tests can be implemented with real software.

In addition to high efficiency, all these innovations lead to resource conservation, enormous cost and time savings and improved test execution.
